For over 25 years, I have led businesses through growth, transformation, challenge and change. My career has taken me from senior leadership roles within global financial services organisations to CEO positions in high-growth healthcare and international workforce businesses, giving me first-hand experience of what it takes to lead successfully in complex and demanding environments.


Most recently, as CEO of Emerald Health Group, I have led the creation and growth of an innovative urgent care platform designed to improve healthcare access while supporting overstretched public health services. Building a regulated healthcare business from the ground up has reinforced many of the leadership lessons I have learned throughout my career: resilience matters, culture matters, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure is often what separates successful organisations from those that struggle.

Alongside my executive career, I have spent more than a decade coaching senior leaders, executive teams and business owners. My approach combines professional coaching practice with extensive real-world leadership experience, allowing me to support leaders facing the realities of growth, transformation, organisational change, succession planning and commercial pressure.


I firmly believe that resilience is not a personal trait reserved for a select few; it is a capability that can be developed, strengthened and embedded within individuals, leadership teams and organisations. Whether operating in the boardroom, navigating a business turnaround, leading through uncertainty or managing rapid growth, resilient leaders consistently make better decisions and create stronger organisations.


I have always believed in practising what I teach. Beyond business, I am an expedition race director and endurance athlete, having designed, led and participated in some of the world's most demanding events and environments. These experiences provide unique insights into decision-making, adaptability, risk management, leadership under pressure and sustained performance when conditions are at their most challenging.

Today, I work with boards, executive teams and business leaders to strengthen leadership capability, develop organisational resilience and create the conditions for sustainable success. My focus is not on theory alone, but on helping leaders navigate real-world challenges with confidence, clarity and purpose.
